The Buddha Lounge is Tauranga’s most elegant cocktail bar and dance club.

Situated upstairs along The Strand on Tauranga’s waterfront, the heart of The Buddha Lounge is one of sophistication, elegance, serenity and a good deal of fun. It has rapidly established itself as the funkiest cocktail & dance club.

The Buddha Lounge is an outstanding place to relax after work, and unquestionably the place to party into the early hours of the morning with the best local, national and International DJs.

Thursday to Saturday the tables are pushed back & the areas most talented funky house DJ’s get the crowds up & dancing. Emphasis is placed on making each night a comfortable & memorable one for the crowd that come here, so strict entry criteria apply.

We have an extensive original cocktail list and experienced staff on hand to cater to your specific taste requirements. All in all The Buddha Lounge is the spot to be seen in whilst in Tauranga.
